Johns Hopkins COVID Long Study

Research scientists from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health want to learn more about people’s experience with COVID-19 and the implications of Long COVID/PASC. This baseline survey consists of 9 sections, with questions related to testing, symptoms, treatments and medications, comorbidities, and mental health.
